Surah Ad-Duhaa (The Morning Hours)

Makki · 11 ayahs

93:1 By the morning brightness,

93:2 and by the night when it grows still,

93:3 your Lord has not abandoned you, and He is not displeased with you.

93:4 The Hereafter will be better for you than the first life.

93:5 Soon your Lord will give you, and you will be pleased.

93:6 Did He not find you an orphan and give you shelter?

93:7 He found you lost, and guided you.

93:8 He found you in need, and made you self-sufficient.

93:9 So do not overpower the orphan.

93:10 Do not drive away the one who asks.

93:11 And speak of your Lord’s favor.
